Calliope Center Stage: John Gorka

John Gorka is an acclaimed singer-songwriter who appeared for Calliope at Carnegie Lecture Hall this February with Red Horse (John Gorka, Lucy Kaplansky, Eliza Gilkyson) to a multiple standing ovations. Rolling Stone has called him "the preeminent male singer-songwriter of what has been dubbed the New Folk Movement."

This show is ALL AGES and is held at Calliope's newly renovated space at Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. The space features a welcoming, club-like atmosphere and quality acoustic treatments. Soda, wine and beer will be available for purchase.
